Metal fiber sintered felt(also named stainless steel fiber sintering medium) is made of metal fiber in micrometer through webbing, lapping and high temperature sintering.

Metal fiber sintered felt has micronic grades formed by layers of different pore size that can achieve higher filtration accuracy and larger dirt holding capacity than single layer media, and can maintain the filter function of filter cloth, it has porous and three dimensional structure with high porosity and large surface area.

Metal fiber sintered felt has uniform pore size, high permeability and strong mechanical strength.

Therefore metal fiber sintered felt effectively overcomes the defects such as metal mesh easy to plugging and damage,it is not only resistant to corrosion and high temperature, but also can be welded, folded and reused.

Metal fiber sintered felt is an ideal high efficient filter media suitable for working at high temperature and high pressure.

2. High dirt holding capacity, high filtration precision, pressure curve rises slowly in use, change cycle is long.

3. Resistant to nitric acid, alkali, organic solvents, pharmaceutical corrosion, can be used long term at 600℃.

5. The intensity is high, even strong scour by liquid, strong vibration, fiber does not fall off .

6. Can be cleaned renewable and used repeatedly.

HSA3 is a very versatile pleatable medium that can be used in a wide range of applications.
Because of the multilayer structure and high porosity, it has a high Dirt Holding Capacity and
long on stream life and therefore widely used in polymer filtration, both in pleated candies
and spinpacks.

HSC3

HSC3 series is characterised by very high porosity and extremely high Dirt Holding Capacity.

It is pleatable and has a multilayer structure. The medium is suitable for use in lower pressure applications,for example monomer filtration in polmer processing.
Because of the high porosity it can be compressed in high pressure applications, resulting in
decrease of filter rating.
