Product Details

Plastic Rope net (also known as plastic breeding net) is the plastic raw materials in the extruder heated melting, extruded by the screw, into a special rotating head with a number of holes, because the head rotation, melting plastic material intermittent convergence at a point, so as to form a grid, and then cooling shaped into a network. It has the advantages of wear resistance,corrosion resistance, toughness, good transparency, light weight and long service life.

Raw Materials of Extruded Plastic Mesh: Polypropylene(PP) and polyethylene(PE).

Hole Shape of Plastic Extruded Net: Hexagonal hole or Diamond Hole

Thickness of Plastic flat net: 1mm to 4.5mm.

Weight of Extruded Plastic Mesh: 25kg to 90kg/roll and 100 to 1200g per square meter.

Colors of Plastic flat net: Black、White、Blue、Red、Green etc.

Aperture of Plastic Flat Wire Mesh: 3mm to 100mm.

Width of Plastic flat net: 600mm to 2100mm.
